the sacramento office has issued this. this will continue until 9:00. and it's still very, very cold out there this morning. wide spread 20s and 30s. in and around concord and livermore. 26 in concord. 28 for livermore. i mentioned walnut creek this morning. 28 in napa. napa fell to 23 degrees. i'm noticing a light breeze here. this could be helping to stir that cold air out of the area. sfo as well. a light breeze reported at sfo. sfo 41 degrees. a chilly 33 in mountain view. and below freezing in san jose. as we get into the north bay this is where we are seeing our coldest temperatures. 25 degrees still in novato and santa rosa. freezing in calistoga. as we get to the 10:00 and 11:00 hour we will feel better. a lot like what we saw yesterday. a near repeat in our numbers. satellite radar we continue with that north flow. we are mostly clear here. back it up a little bit. a little tough to tell. we do have a trough that remains to the east of us. that is what helps this flow to continue. because the ridge right over the pacific and the flow not going
